Steve Jobs (Part 1)
Steve Jobs was a fan of the underdog because he was against the big corporations that overpowered the smaller companies. He wanted Apple to be the company that does not conform to the ways of those "big shot" corporations that only cared about profits. Although, this was his goal, I consider present day Apple to be a big corporation. I only say this because Apple has risen so much in popularity that it is considered to be a big corporation. I am sure Apple still cares about their products, but I think they are also starting to look more at profit as well. This was inevitable though because if they only cared about the product, they would not be able to financially sustain the company. Therefore, I believe that Steve Jobs intent is still a major part of Apple products. Apple products have simply made my life more convenient. Everyone wants the easiest and most efficient way to do things, and Apple products do exactly that. I have experienced this because I own many Apple products such as iPhone, iPad, iPod, and MacBook. The biggest impact these devices have had is the way I do my schoolwork. I am proud to open up my Mac or take out my iPhone, so it is easier to do work at school. If I had other brands of technology, I cannot be positive that I would work as hard at school since no one would acknowledge the devices I use. Although their are other smartphones and laptops that can do the same exact things, I prefer the image given off by Apple Products. Owning Apple products also has the effect of being able to connect with others who have them as well. These connections can be towards celebrities or the people around you.
